Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days since the parcel has been received. We will only accept items that have not been worn/ damaged by personal use, and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item (excluding any shipping/custom charge costs). How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Dispatch times vary depending on the piece.
Some styles are in stock and will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Others are made to order in our London studio and may take up to 7–10 working days to produce.

If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to email us before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your item ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We provide free shipping in the UK and International Shipping at additional cost. Please note, that depending on your country custom charges will vary, and Patient Z is not responsible for their coverage.

Can I cancel my order?
